It was hard to find, wrong marked at Google maps and saying : private property. No signs, overrated if visiting on your own

Morning tea with a talk followed by a tour of the house or garden. Then lunch (yum!) with another talk followed by a tour of whichever you didn’t see before lunch. Such fun!

I have visited this house and garden many times. Italianate villa set in beautiful gardens, and several times a year they have a concert in their new theatre. Get to one if you can!
