The Kyneton market and its sister markets never fail to deliver. With the same stall holders rotating around various markets in the district, consistency of quality is everything. Almost all of the produce is locally grown or manufactured, and the stall holders are generally the...More

Love this market! So much fresh local food - fruit and veggies, meat, cheeses, wine, live chickens and fresh eggs. We normally go about 10 am - wander around for a couple of hours (walk up and down of the Piper street shops too) then...More

This is smaller than alot of markets Ive been to over the years but its content is awesome, the man with all the different herbs, some Ive not heard of before was particularly engaging, really a very good farmers market.

This market had plenty of produce as well as meat and seafood along with a variety of products including prepared foods. Many samples were offered. Being on holiday and not cooking, we couldn't buy much but it was fun browsing all the stands.

Definitely one of the better markets with fresh, seasonal produce and locally cooked/baked treats. Always busy and bustling, it's worth a visit for locals and visitors alike.

There was a fair range of local produce available for the time of year we visited with some interesting vendors. Would have liked to see more fruits and veges but I suppose it was the middle of a very hot summer!

I'm not sure everyone selling is a farmer. They are all friendly and we always enjoy a visit to this market. Found in the centre of Piper St on the second weekend every month, it's worth a visit.

This is a small farmers market with the usual range of organic vegetables and boutique produce. With a makers market a few doors down the road selling local handmade goods, and plenty of interesting shops and cafes to explore in Piper Street, the market adds...More
