Easily the best looking beach in the Sydney vicinity (and the other beaches ain’t exactly no slouches either). Surrounded by stunning house and villas, just enough away from the main areas to be relatively busy but no completely overrun, it’s the perfect place to relax...More

Lovely place in Manly, beautiful beach, grass, bbq area and a bar/restaurant close to the beach. Great for all the ages.

This beach located in Manly is a beautiful part of the world. Walk the beachfront path around to this beautiful beach from Manly Surf Club & grab a coffee along the way. If you’re visiting Manly then this beach is a must visit.

Shelly Beach is a nice secluded bay at the southern end of Manly. Very family friendly with small waves mostly. There's a few nice cafes along the pathe so you can take in the scenery.

Quieter than the main beach. You can relax and be away from the crowds. It was a little cold so we didn’t swim. There were a few people in the water. Worth walking to.

Located a mile away from Manly Beach, you should definitively head to this smaller, quieter beach via the coastal walkway. Some public electric barbecues are freely available and we enjoyed our lunch there. The water is quiet and despite the low temperature we saw a...More

I visited this beach as a solo traveller. It is a tucked away cove with a mix of shingle and sand. The water is mostly calm, very clear and is a great place to snorkel. Beach barbecues are available for use free of charge but...More

A lovely sandy beach cove, very good Cafe/restaurant, we didn’t eat here but all food looked good and other customers said so. We had a juice drink and smoothie which were both very fresh and delicious. Worth a visit, and would go back

Went there with my husband for a nice cozy Sunday. It’s a small but peaceful beach. The sea is clean. Can’t wait to go again for summer.

A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take
you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches
here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the
day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is
a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the
Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are
plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent
cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants
