This walk is one that I make regularly when I'm in Australia. As a previous resident of Cronulla, a walk along this path was an almost daily event. Lovely views of the ocean, interesting and beautiful homes, and active people abound. Great place to get...More

Great place to visit and a lovely walk. Recommend getting the train as traffic can be busy - especially in the weekend. We got the train from central which takes about an hour. During the week in winter there are less people which is nice...More

This is my favourite coastal walk. It can get busy with runners and fitness groups. Just before sunrise is the best time to go to avoid the heat of the day and too many people. See my previous review which is more comprehensive:

Walking along the esplanade is always a nice way to start the day. It’s usually quite busy but is worth it. In winter if you’re lucky you’ll see whales frolicking out to see or often pods of dolphins

We have done this walk many times. Invigorating but an easy walk. On a beautiful sunny day the outlook is great and you could think you are the luckiest person to be able to have this experience for free.

A great walk or run here on any day with coffee shops to visit afterwards. It would be very busy on summer weekends.

Thank you for your kind review. It does get busier on summer weekends but there is plenty of esplanade for everyone to enjoy!
