Walked up the road from the car park ( very steep ) but well worth the hike, beautiful building and wonderful views. The gardens were a picture. The walk back down through Dollar Glen was stunning and very cooling on a hot day

Castle Campbell and Dollar Glen are both well maintained and surrounded by gorgeous landscape. The hike to the castle is a bit of a workout, but well worth it. FYI: Not a handicap accessible site.
