Fantastic day cooking amazing food in the company of lovely people. What’s not to love? Did the Indian food menu this time. Prawns with butter sauce for starter followed by a vindaloo smoked pork belly. Outstanding.

My wife and i had a fantastic day at the Nick Nairn Cook School, Port if Menteith. Nick did the class (today it was Indian cuisine), and it was excellent. Learned so much, and in a fabulous facility, with great company and hospitality. A “must do” experience!

Had a wonderful day at Nick Nairn’s cook school making two lovely Indian dishes. The company was great and Nick and Nick were both great teachers and hosts. The class size was around 20 which was a perfect size to allow everyone time to get support throughout the day. The dishes were amazing and I’d love to come back again! Thanks Nick !

I have been to many classes at Nick’s Cook School but the one yesterday probably tops the lot. It was Japanese day and we cooked & ate Okonomiyaki & Chicken Yakitori. The flavours were amazing & the day was busy but fun. Nick is a great teacher & is passionate not only about food but about sharing some of his extensive knowledge. He is also a great raconteur and tells interesting stories as well as giving lots of useful tips to help us become more skilled cooks. I recommend this class or any of the others. Watch out for the new programme of classes which will be released in a couple of weeks.

A birthday gift; a days cooking with Nicks Nairn and Parkes. Wonderful setting and a fantastic experience from start to finish. The demo's of the food preparation was great to watch and helped when we came to do it ourselves, with help, hints and tips from the guys when we needed it. The food we made tasted amazing. Everyone super-friendly. Will be booking another day or two.
