We went here with 2 young kids & enjoyed the visit. Well maintained & colourful gardens. Nice way to spend a half hour. Free to get in but a wee donation is appreciated to help feed the birds there.

We had seen the garden online and while on the island of Bute decided to seek it out. It was worth the walk uphill to find it. The garden is wonderfully maintained. So many varieties of trees, shrubs and flowers and the added bonus of...More

I popped here while on the island and loved the place. So calm and tranquil. The traditional greenhouses were a riot of colour as were the formal flower beds. There was a small display of cacti and some birds in aviaries. It's only small but...More

Enoyed this garden of eden for decades. Poorly signposted and not easiest place to find, take the road uphill opposite the old craigmore pier tearooms on the seafront. What awaits you is well worth the effort. The gardens are on the left hand side as you...More

Nice planning and easy to navigate. Nice plant colours and shapes. Bit away from town but worth a walk around if near the area.

Lovely grounds, no coffee shop as advertised. Or toilets. Think the garden was past it's best and the weather was wet
