a July day 22c sunny and not a soul on it, incredible , to experience a totally deserted beach that would fit in nicely in the Bahamas

Visited here whilst stopping in nearby Oldshoremore. Accessed via a footpath which takes you down to the beach itself. A large beach which we had to ourselves and the dog. Sands pristine and clean condition.

Fabulous, deserted beach, off the beaten track, we were the only couple on the beach and our Springer Spaniel had the time of her life! Great photo opportunities too. We have visited this beach two years running, turn right opposite the turning for Oldshoremore and...More

Polin Beach is in a small cove by the hamlet of Polin. With only space available for a small number of cars and via a footpath down to the beach it is breathtaking. A large beach at low tide with turquoise sea.

This beach is always magical and always empty! Look at the panorama pictures of it and I defy anyone to say that there is not something extremely special about this beach.

We spent some time on this beach just watching the waves crash onto the beautiful smooth sand. A great place for a picnic.

This little hidden gem of a beach is classed as busy if there are more than 3 people on it! Gorgeous golden sand and blue/green sea. Only sorry it was too chilly to swim while I was there.
