very noisy place in case you are sensitive to noise. Lovely to see the old craft at work, interesting to visit. Products are great and the owner is friendly. Somewhere to pop in on a rainy day.

We had a wonderful visit last week at Ardlanish House. Tony was the perfect hist cooking us great breakfasts and evening meals. Stunning views from the house of Paps of Jura, and Uisken Beach on the doorstep.

The weaving looms are some hundred years old but produce lovely patterns. You get a thorough tour of the weaving shop and how various local plants give colours to the wool. Staff is clever to share knowledge and weaving history. The incredible beach near by...More
