Super fascinating tour. It is a fair drive from Inverness, so it’s nice to hire a driver, make a day of it, and hit a few distilleries. The tasting itself is a big letdown; we got to taste one whisky. One. So it’s a wee...More

The tour lasted around 90 minutes, that was before the tastings! Our tour guide Anna was incredibly knowledgeable & made the tour very informative & interesting. The tasting room we went to resembled a board room and we had 3 tastings. I tasted the Original,...More

The underlying process of whisky making is very much the same anywhere in the world, and this was not our first distillery visit. But on this visit to Scotland a visit to Tain and its Glen Morangie distillery was a must for our itinerary. We...More

We've been recently two weeks in Scotland, visiting distilleries (among other things) - totally 12 of them. Glenmorangie distillery is really nice looking, clean and with beautiful surrounding. Highlight are the tallest stills in Scotland - whisky freaks will understand :-) Don't expect to take...More

I was there at the wrong time. You see a lot of dolphins in that area most of the time. You can take a trip to see them.
