It’s an interesting area. The staff are knowledgeable and for a pound per person you get a handling experience of three animals/reptiles of the keepers choosing. The free talks are informative and butterflies fly around the enclosure. Only takes about half an hour to go...More

Kids loved it as the fish feeder gave out extra for free. Very humid inside. Every time I’ve been it’s bees the exact same. Never changes.

Firstly, this attraction is very small. We were there less than an hour. We got a buy one get one free deal so was £6.20 but I wouldn’t have paid £12.40 for this attraction. Simply not enough there to justify that amount of money. Under...More

The information was interesting for kids and layout was good. However, the exhibit was very small and the enclosures were too small for the animals. We payed full price but it was overpriced for what was there. Fortunately, there are lots of things to do...More

A bit disappointed with this trip. We 'bigged' it up for the kids expecting a full afternoon of fun. In reality you can see everything there is to see in half an hour or so. Wouldn't rush back.

it's indoors but will only take 2 hours at most unless you walk like a sloth ;) so allow for something else in your day. food on site is a bit grim too.
