A mine of information about this charming Royal Burgh. A well curated history of Crail over the last 100 years with special note is the history of the local airfield both during and after WWll

Well worth an hour of your time. It's a quaint little museum packed with interest. The museum is free to to enter but relies on voluntary donations.

This is a great little museum with friendly, helpful staff. Well worth a visit. The WW11 section is very moving, especially if you visit with a young grandson who is around the same age as some of the soldiers in the photographs.

This small museum chronicles the training of aviators for air battles in WWII. It is well organized, and while it is small in size it shows the pride this small town had in its contribution to the war effort.

This is a great little museum with primary source material especially about the now closed nearby Royal Naval Air Station. Staffed by knowledgeable volunteers many who lived through the war this is a must see in Crail.
