Hidden gem? Well that is an underestimate. It is where heaven touches Scotland. Fresh air ,get fit,eat over the top. Easy parking. Don't go if you want a difficult life. It is sheer bliss. Cafes and bars restaurants. Scotland's finest .
The parking for Silver Sands is very generous and sheltered, and the beach itself is a nice sandy beach with toilets, lifeguards and a swimming area. The views are lovely. Unfortunately, it started raining when we arrived, however it would be a great beach when...More

Another great visit as part of a costal stroll. I never tire of visiting the beach area and having a coffee and bite to eat. Safe and plenty to do and see. Great for the kids and a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. Enjoy

Wow! A great little beach. Clean beach, clean toilets and a cafe with amazing food and even better staff. It was very busy at lunch but our food came quite quickly. No complaints. Great family day out.
On a hot day this beach can get really busy with people of all ages, the sand is really clean, and the water appears very clear, on a nice day this place would be good for picnics for a comparitively cheap day out.
Come here regularly. Love it. Great day out. Plenty of picnic tables, crazy golf, free public toilets, playground, bouncy castle (£1.50 for 10 mins). On the Fife Coastal Path and cycle route so good spot to stop for lunch etc. Fabulous views over the Forth...More
