This shopping centre is looking very tired and in need of modernisation. Someone did tell me that there are plans to do this. The sooner the better. This shopping centre is not really suitable for people who can't walk too far. It does have a...More

A good shopping town for a walk around, lots of good coffee shops and places to lunch however not for the serious shopper. Parking plentiful however expensive. 2 shopping centres which are in the process of modernisation which is going to help enormously. Not suitable...More

With new owners there are now huge signs promising improvements/big changes coming soon. One large empty unit has been transformed into a spacious bright art gallery. Watch this space or the many empty spaces in this mall.

This shopping centre has worsened. There are some outlets in this shopping centre that are down right cheeky to the customers and that gives a bad name to the shopping centre. Cleanliness isn't as good in this centre as it used to be. Not as...More

There is hardly any stores left. Primark is the only half decent store left. Needs a lot of work done to the building. Feels old and dated.

Signs of improvement over the past year but still too many empty units. Most shops seem to rely on passing trade (as in passing through to the more superior Fairhill Centre or the plethora or shops in the surrounding streets) or impulse buys. Still this...More

This shopping centre is slowly going down hill but yet it still has some of the basic shops such as Poundland, Boots, Superdrug etc. Clean surroundings.

I was walking through Ballymena yesterday and popped into the Tower Centre to see what shops were there. There are over 70 shops, with all the usual high street names. It's quite a compact centre and has all the everyday shops you need.

This once great shopping centre has slowly became a ghost town. Most of the shops aren't very good. The feel factor for this shopping centre has also gone. Sad to say that it's no longer a good place.
