A lovely museum, on the trail from the Car park, to Norden Station on the Swanage Heritage Railway, free of charge, but please give a donation, to keep it going. Recommended.

Parking for this museum is actually the Park and Ride at Norden Station and the minimum cost is £3.20 for all day. Pricey if you only want to visit the museum as we did. Obviously better value if you also want to wander around the...More

The museum is located next to Norden Station on the Swanage Railway. Our train arrived at 10.25 but when we went to enter the museum we were told, in a rather brusque manner' that it did not open until 11.00 . This does not seem...More

We went to this museum after a day on the swanage railway. It is very well laid out. The videos are good and the atmosphere of the reconstructed mining tunnel.
