We visited Fort Henry, where George 6th and Churchill had watched the training for the D Day landings, Not commercialised at all but interesting if you like history.

Arrived here on a beautiful Thursday in late October. Apart from a lively school party, the place was empty? Incredibly beautiful spot, with great nature, including Dartford Warblers which were showing nicely.

One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been to with the lovely heathland on one side and the sea on the other . Perfect for walking the dog to sitting having a coffee.

Beautiful and amazing sandy beach with great views to Bournemouth and Old Harry rocks. The middle section section of the beach is a naturist section - with the ubiquitous old men dotted amongst the sand dunes looking out like meerkats and displaying their wares!
