Well worth a visit, set in the old Naval radio base, with points of interest for both young & old. You can feed the animals, with a small shop for teas or coffee.

In the blistering July heat and with the menacing fences this place looked deserted and so depressing from the outside. Seemed more like an extension of the prison nearby than a family farm. This really discouraged us so that we did not enter and went...More

Why do a review of you haven't visited? Everything is suffering with the heat and we have had to move a lot of animals to better grazing. Come in you might be surprised.

Catch the number one bus and get off at Portland Heights. It's a ten minute gentle walk to the farm along New Ground and Glacis. Thank you Jon Illsley

It's pretty good... No steps. It is set on a hill so a strong push is required in places. I would be happy to take someone with a chair though!
