Ended up here by accident as we stopped to find a nearby geocache. We could see a couple of sculptures, so headed on in to see what it was all about. We didn't have time to explore properly but it was a truly fascinating mix...More

Since I first visited the sculpture park many years ago it has been developed extended and made much more accessible. From abstract pieces to trompe l'oeil marvels there is much to see and it is unlikely you will find every piece. See if you can...More

Leaving the wonderful Portland Heights Hotel and heading for Portland Bill, we stumbled upon this little (BIG) gem. You could entertain the kids for hours by setting them the task of "finding the missing dog's head sculpture" .. the place is huge and the sculptures...More

This made for an unusual attraction stop on Portland. Free entry but would have happily paid or made a donation to get a map so we could have found more of the sculptures.

This is a very fascinating place that you would probably not think of first to see while travelling the Jurassic Coast of England, but it's definitely worth a look. Especially to find the mysterious Green Man that transcends cultures around the world. See if you...More

A little wild place in a deserted quarry. Great for scrambling and letting off a bit of steam. We didn't spot many of the sculptures but it was still a lovely couple of hours in fantastic weather. Parking and entry is free.

Very interesting visit. Was quite hard to find had to look up on Facebook someone’s directions. Not enough signage which way to get in. Some interesting sculptures. Will visit again next month. Dog loved it!

All sorts of sculptures and carvings in the old quarry. Peaceful and not crowded, just wander round at leisure, but some of the artefacts are not right on the beaten track so it is fun exploring to find them

Hi, It is suitable for dogs but be aware if you are taking them near the cliffs and remove dog dirt, There is a track that runs through the heart of the quarry and I have seen buggies on there but may be hard work.
