A great way to nip over to teignmouth and back to Shaldon. We had a 1 year old with us and it was no bother with the pram.the captain was helpful and friendly .

Our first experience using this quaint little ferry we felt in good hands and very safe with the skipper. Excellent value for money runs like clockwork on demand a lovely way to travel between Shaldon & Teignmouth, fabulous views to boot! See you next time!

This was our daughters first boat trip and she loved it. The way back was a bit windy but the skipper made sure we got there in one piece. Great fun for all the family.

Does what it says on the tin, so to speak. Pick up from the beach by the board and drop off in Teignmouth, short walk to shops. Pretty much runs to demand rather than a timetable

Very friendly and efficient service. It definitely saves you a walk over the bridge and is well priced. It was my good ladys cruise for the year

If you're staying in Shaldon then it's well worth getting the ferry over to Teignmouth. It saves driving and trying to find a parking space. The trip takes about 10 minutes and at £1.60 is really good value. Cheerful 'captain' too! It runs fairly regularly...More
