The lighthouse area is now a holiday cottage complex. I don't know if they have tours as it was closed when we visited. The views are breathtaking and well worth the visit. This is part of the coastal trail from Woolacombe to Lee Bay. Be...More

We took a walk on our first day in the area l, but not knowing what to expect. The walk I'm sure is longer than a mile, but its made more difficult and slower with the hills. If your expecting a traditional lighthouse to tour,...More

Brill stay once again in a cottage adjacent to the lighthouse. All you need for a comfy stay. Remember to bring most things as the road to the nearest shop is narrow and has very little passing places, which you might find difficult at busy...More

Shame you can’t visit but it looked lovely on our sunny walk along the coastal path. A road comes down from Morthoe if you need a shortcut back. Met lots of families walking up and down the road.

We walked to the lighthouse on the South West Coast Path between Lee Bay and Morte Point. Fabulous and challenging walking. We have stayed in the lighthouse a couple of times and there is nowhere quite like it. Waking up to these views, taking fish...More
