We found this place quite by accident, but as the title says, it has an incredible collection of artifacts stretching back to the Civil War and before. The docents there are extremely knowledgeable and can give the history of the building and individual pieces housed...More

The museum is small and is in one of the oldest buildings in Crossville. The museum is laid out in sequential fashion by wars in time. Lots of interesting and varied pieces of military history such as weaponry, uniforms, photos, original paperwork etc.

This is a museum that does not charge but accepts donations. Donate big! The museum begins with displays of the Civil War and goes through to the wars in the Middle East. Look for a knowledge guide . Ours was a Vietnam vet.
