The park includes a variety of memorial and monuments to the men and women from this region who have served in the Armed Services. Its neat that it is located near where the WWII airfield once existed in Sioux Falls.

So very interesting! This was my era. I'm proud to be a South Dakotan, even though now living in Colorado. We recommend this to others visiting Sioux Falls - plus those still living in SDak..

It is well worth the stop. We enjoyed walking around and checking out this well taken care of Veteran's Park. A good place to visit.

Found this place while I was looking for the Falls. It borders a residential area and a main road. It is well kept

We visited the park just assuming it was a few trails and that would be it. Boy were we wrong, it has so many neat places to sit and the plaques were very touching/interesting. Way to go.

I don't remember if they have everyone's name, but they have a number of people who were recognized for their exemplary service - from different wars. They each have their own plaque along the walking trail.
