Charleston Music Hall is off of upper King Street in downtown Charleston. It is a lively location with many dining options close to the venue. They have movie showings here as well, but I have not attended any of those. This building was once a...More

I enjoyed a concert at the Charleston Music Hall by the Youth Symphony during Piccolo Spoleto Festival. The seats were very comfortable and the acoustics were quite good. A lovely venue for a concert!

I get the egalitarian nature of having general admission for something like Pecha Kucha, but what it means is that for folks like us who don't come and get in line or whatever way ahead, we end up having to sit pretty far back at...More

Hi Karl, Thank you for the feedback! It is always hard to know which shows to do general admission for and which we should do assigned seats for. About 90% of our events are assigned seats. The reason we decided to do GA for Pecha...More

Smallish venue, great sound for the show I saw. Concessions had a good variety, prices are what you would expect for a show. Can take drinks and snacks into the theater. Efficient entry/bag search.

Saw Chris D'Elia comedy show! Great atmosphere, drink selection was good, if a bit overpriced. Seating was great! Loved the stage area! Super easy access to all things downtown, too!

Anytime that we have seen a performance there, we have had reserved seats but there may be some performances that only have general admission which would then be first come first serve.
