This a a top spot to take a dip if you don't like the surf waves. Can get crowded in summer as it's safe for kids and there's not a lot of room to spread out as it's a popular spot.

Great location for kids to have a safe swim in the ocean. Lots of rocks surround this natural pool. Very protected but great for snorkelling. Can get crowded in summer holidays.

Not sure this is a destination activity, we were actually in town for lunch at Rick Steins, but it is still worth a diversion to enjoy the locals' "hole" and to cool down from the heat. The water was actually very pleasant for a quick...More

Early morning at the bogey hole. We always take the grandchildren to this spot, it’s a lovely spot for young families, with the large rock pool to swim in, lovely natural rock formations, especially the big rock! There is plenty of parking and toilets near...More

We parked in the carpark at the end of Burleigh Way. There is a short, level boardwalk to the Bogey Hole, with seating along the way. You can sit and watch the surfers, or just soak up the beautiful scenery. The bogey hole is a...More
