We saved at least an hour by catching this ferry from Torpoint to Plymouth. The staff were excellent & efficient & we barely knew we were on water. The cost is a pittance 1.50 English pounds collected by a cheerful chap with a bag as...More

Not used this service for 30 years but at £1.50 it saved petrol money going back from Anthony. Not sure it is quicker though by the time you queue and then fight your way out of Plymouth. Friendly and efficient service with quick loading and...More

Our daughter now believes that the chains are pulled by rabbits in the towers 😂😂there’s not a lot to say other than the staff were friendly and it’s always nice to use the ferry rather than the bridge.

As a visitor to the area I can never get fed up of going on the Torpoint Ferry. You only pay the £1.50 cost going into Plymouth. Very efficient loading and unloading. 8 mins later you arrive at your destination. Saves lots of time.

Still a great way to enter Fowey seeing all the boats and sea front houses - but so expensive £5 per car.
