What a fantastic place to visit. We had a great morning looking at so many interesting historical artefacts relating to the whole counties involvement during the second world war. Steve (the owner and curator's) knowledge and enthusiasm is second to none and very infectious!!

So much information and so many displays! Run by some lovely volunteers who made us feel very welcome. Dog friendly (we had two dogs with us), and not expensive.

My family had taken two cars to go to the museum, and we ended up here instead of the other military museum by accident. However I am so glad we did! It was lovely! We were so kindly greeted by the staff who volunteer and...More

This museum is a credit to the small band of volunteers who have managed to create a fascinating insight into the military operations that took place in Cornwall mostly WW2 but also with other points of interest included. A major contribution to the construction of...More

Hi Kevin admission was £3 last year but so worth it! There is another museum next to it but smaller where admission is free with donation box on way out. Sorry don't have aerial picture. PS there is also free parking.

Yes they are. They are made very welcome with a biscuit on arrival and can go into every area of the museum.
