Regular turn over of beers and lagers. Good atmosphere, always worth a visit. Gets a bit cramped but that is the charm of the place.

I’ve been to Heatons Hops a number of times and to be fair, the beer isn’t bad. The selection of cask beer is quite limited but what’s on offer is pretty good. What has led me to mark them down is the same old fashioned...More

Great little bar for rear ale drinkers, plenty of choice for lager and cider folk too. Lovely ambience, attentive staff, very small bar with some outdoor seating. Regularly packed out. Background music quiet enough to have a good old chin-wag with tour mates.

Turned up with my dog and was told that dogs were not allowed in. This was due to irresponsible dog owners who allowed their dog to chew the legs of a table. A shame really, as such dog owners should be barred with their dogs....More

What a fantastic little find this place is. Absolutely loved the selection of beers that were on offer in this cosy yet not quite cramped room. The staff were very nice and attentive although I feel they were a bit too comfortable at times with...More

As soon as you walk through the door you're confronted with a wide range of bottles and cans on the shelves. Then you're happier still when you see it's also a cosy and welcoming bar. If you miss this place you miss out.

Hi It is just off the A6 in Heaton Chapel we are next door to Littlewoods the butchers on school lane. We are also a five minute walk from Heaton Chapel train station. Hope this helps? Damian
