A great transport museum. Have a range of vehicles from tractors, a old post office van, Lots of buses, a shame you cannot access them like in the Greater Manchester Transport museum. Has some great intereactive sections for children. Well worth popping into.

A ver good museum which is part of the East Lancs Railway. Free to enter but please drop cash in the donation box. Run by volinteers and the donations got towards the upkeep of the museum.

There's a general carpark next to it and also one next to East Lancs Railway - both are pay and display - regularly patrolled by traffic wardens!
