Took the tram to visit Bury and saw a signpost to artgallery. Was delighted to find that the whole basement was dedicated to Victoria Woods life and career. Admission free. Lovely tea room on second floor

Lovely little Victoria Wood exhibition going on here at the moment. Well worth a look. Look out for special events and exhibitions. The permanent collection is a little lacklustre.

There is a wide range of art on display ranging from classical art to modern. This was refreshing. Many exhibits use multi-media and multi-materials so it is a little out of the ordinary. Well worth a visit especially in the less inclement weather.
