Open to all weekends 10am til 4.0pm. Super little cafe on site run by a band of intrepid volunteers, all committed animal lovers. The food is great (especially the bacon butties), wonderful cakes & soup, home cooked ! Not to be missed

We visited to donate bedding and towels following a family house clearance and stayed for s look round. Staff and volunteers are fabulous with the animals they look after seeking new homes. Also have a charity shop in nearby Ramsbottom

We visited the fund raiser, there was plenty going on, I love everything Bleakholt stands for, a lot of my friends volunteer to walk the dogs at the weekend, the minute my sons old enough i shall too.

Wonderful staff who do a fantastic job looking after the animals that haven't got a home. They do very well at re homing them.Good bookshop on site and a good cafe. You can also walk a dog once you are approved
