Visited during the fab British weather. Park is fab. Most things are £1 per ride and they last quite a long time. Much better than stuff the other side of the bridge. Ice creams and drinks were very reasonable price. We will be back.

Ideally situated by the bridge, this park is fully enclosed and safe for young children. As well as payable rides, there is a play park complete with swings, slides ,see saws , climbing ropes and an obstacle course which is free of charge. Further round...More

We visited the Playland on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly quiet and not all of the rides were open, due to coming to the end of the season I imagine. There is a good park there and some small rides for kids aged 6...More

It’s not to bad of a place to spend an hour with my son. The tokens are pretty cheap, and he enjoys it, and it’s on the door step of the park so you can always jump on there when the wallets empty. It does...More

This now seems to be vying with Treasure Island to become a visual monstrosity. Garish colours, trees removed and large attractions. I expect children love it but the council do not seem to be trying to keep anything within reason and keeping for the area.More

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is a shame that you think our park has become a visual monstrosity with garish colours, large attractions and trees removed. You make no mention of actually going on our rides or any interaction...More

Took our young granddaughters we hadn't been here for a few years. I was pleasantly surprised, there were enough rides to keep them occupied. The park was a big hit luckily for us as this was free with plenty of equipment for all ages. There is...More

Well behaved dogs are most certainly welcome in Playland. We try to make sure we have a bowl of water out for our canine visitors somewhere near one of the kiosks 😀
