A fascinating tiny museum with interesting and knowledgeable staff who can show and tell you all about the fascinating local history of Royal Wootton Bassett. Great train set and lots of military history.

Beautiful building in a lovely place.there's lots of good shops on the high street definitely worth a visit, very quaint!

It's a very interesting place lots of photos and information. Depending on what you want to look at and read will govern the time you are in there.

it was alright this time our monthly meal was a ok,, there were 12 of us this time the 20th of July 2017 I think last time was just a blip ,so we have booked again for next month .

Currently, this small museum is only open on Wednesday and Saturday (1000 - 1200 hrs), but is free to enter. There's an interest mix of exhibits which will appeal to all ages. The building itself is very picturesque particularly the exterior. Well worth visiting if...More
