Started a Devizes to Bath canal walk by having our first 'pit stop' here. One of the few non Wadworths pubs in the town with a good selection of real beer. Friendly, welcoming and has a real buzz about the place. Highly recommended.

Always been a regular local of mine and it continues to do what other pubs can't, serve bloody good beer and provide an eclectic mix of people to share that beer and conversation with. Brilliant place

Great beer In a proper decent pub. Always guaranteed a good pint and usually some interesting conversation! Always a good selection of ales which are kept well and are good value. 👍🍻
