This is an open area park, across from the library, with an amphitheater and some seating. During the summer months you can listen to a variety of free music, some of which is excellent. Bring a chair and something to munch on and enjoy music...More

This park has it's ups and downs. There is a nice play area and it's right across the street from the large local library. A lot of community events are hosted here as well. However, a homeless day center is right on the other side...More

Great spring and summer and fall walk. Summer community band concerts are wonderful. Pleasant gathering place for all ages. Love seeing the children play too.

When I was 5 years old (1960) mother would go the 1 1/2 miles downtown and spent many an hour playing in the park while mother went to the library. After that, we would go to the Ice Cream Parlor on Monroe Street (gone today)....More

You can find solitude in this park, even though it's in the middle of downtown and is bordered by the Transit Center and a lot of businesses. It's lovely and tranquil.

Very nice park. Lots of shaded area thanks to those amazingly huge trees. Kid friendly park, even close to library if one feels like cooling down. The shaded areas were very comfortable, child play friendly and sort of cute in it's own way!

Love the Beautiful, Green, Plush, Scenic Park, I enjoy the festivals held there and enjoy riding my bike to and from the library across the street.

Like the Corvallis Library and Central Park. Nice, big park in the middle of town. Great location for weddings.
