Gorgeous park, great host, very crowded in August, campsites are very close together. The park was very clean and had gorgeous scenery.

Can be very busy with people escaping the heat as it has a near perfect swimming hole that begs you to swim. Walking up stream, lots of wildlife hangs out just away from people. Frogs, fingerling fish, herons, birds of prey and the random deer...More

The water is so clear, you could see the guppies swimming. The rocks are big enough so that your feet don't hurt. Come here for a relaxing day, you could drive up to eat lunch, take a dip and relax to the river sounds.
