First things, first: Bring a flashlight! Not a "spotlight", but a small "tactical flashlight" that has a FOCUSED beam, not one of those cheapie multi-LED flashlights that just splashes a little light around. These caverns are very dimly lit, and to get full enjoyment out...More

For about the same price ($12 vs. $15) as the "regular" tour, my wife was excited to be able to try one of these cavern tours. They claimed the tour would be about 25 minutes. I would estimate that this time includes about 10 minutes...More

Hello Mark, We take all comments seriously and will have some discussion and training about several of the specifics that you mention. The “regular tour” that you refer to, is called the Natural Wonder tour. It highlights the biggest and best parts of the cavern....More

The tour itself is really nice and had the potential to be interesting, but with bored people talking about minerals and rocks, it’s not selling for me.

My 7 year old daughter had been asking to visit here for the last three months. I surprised her on a "secret destination day" and she had been thrilled ever since. It is extraordinary, beautiful, and worth every penny. Go. Do it. Now.

Really neat experience for the whole family. The tour was very informative and just the right amount of time. Saw some really neat formations along the way including an almost 5 ft long stalactite. I have 2 young kids (5,10) who also enjoyed the experience....More

We decided to take both tours and had fun looking around the gift shop in between. Everything is setup very well. If you like gemstones you'll be happy to browse.

If you are a city dweller, the trip to the caverns is almost as exciting as the destination. Rural farm towns with corn fields flanking one lane roads. Wild turkeys, huge hawks, chickens, cows, goats, sheep...we saw it all. The cavern site was pretty as...More

Do the combo pack; it is the best way to see the entire cavern. One is mostly history and the other is mostly formations but each gives you a different perspective. This is one of the most colorful caverns I have ever been in; it...More

Has changed a lot. Took a lot of pictures of the kids and the formations. Went through one, not both. If anyone is in the area, a great place to stop.

I'm not sure about the oxygen... But I know the Limestone Tour is the shortest one, and it's wheelchair accessible.
