Excellent value for money. In particular the smaller appetite menu where you get 2 or 3 courses for a fixed price. These portions are large anyway. The ordinary portions must be huge.

Staying overnight nearby and all other local restaurants were closed on a Sunday evening. This is a great place with large car park and great atmosphere and decor. We had the roast dinner, one beef and one lamb, both were superb and very tasty. The...More

Clean local pub with good children’s animal section in garden. Food is ok but menu could be changed more often as I know what I will order before I get there. Usually plenty of room and has separate restaurant as well as pub eating area...More

Called in on the off chance of booking, A kids party on but they kept them at one end and served us with a smile. Had New York friends with us and this pub really showed them what we do best! They loved it all.
