The studio pool is lovely for little kids. We go for weekly daytime family swims and it is always quiet. The facilities have always been clean when we use them and staff have always been prompt to help if needed.

I excellent competition for Down Syndrome swimming championships. Pool staff very helpful and help from Rugby swimming club to set up the timing system. Everyone had s great afternoon of swimming

When they redid this pool they should have put two big pools in and one for little kids.. And one should be for allowing adults to swim all day if they want. When I took my grandchildren they produced floats etc and they were throwing...More

Brilliant gym workout followed by a really excellent spin class on Saturday mornings. A great gym with nice facilities and excellent regular classes with nice professional instructors.
