Draycote Water is an ideal place for a family day out in Warwickshire. Whether you are planning a gentle walk, some cycling or spotting some wildlife, there is lots to do at this great site. If you are bringing the whole family, the Country Park offers plenty of space for games and picnics as well as a fantastic children's play area. There is also a sailing club and trout fishery for those looking for an activity to get involved with and the recently refurbished visitor centre is now open. Gates open 7.00am - 8.00PM everyday, apart from Christmas Day. The cafe is open 10.00am - 6.00pm (8am-6pm on weekends). Please note dogs are not permitted around the reservoir however they are welcome in the Country Park

Lunch menu brilliant. Lots of choice. Long balcony to sit and eat or just coffee. Only seen ducks and babies at the moment though.

Easy 5 mile walk around reservoir, probably not for the adventurous as the path is a wide tarmacked road that circles the waters edge. Pleasant countryside views, plenty of birdlife. Anglers and windsurfers also use the site. Car park is £3 for up to 2...More

We've visited at several different times of the year and it is always a lovely walk with a range of birds to be seen-depending on the season. Parking is easy (and not too expensive).

Nice, around 9km walk around the Lake. Recommend for lazy Sunday or evening walk. The walk takes around an hour and half. There is also little Cafe available there.

Hi, Unfortunately we don't allow ISUP on the reservoir. We do have recreational boating and bunkhouse, which is managed by Bethania Adventure
