Had a little time to kill, so popped in, intending to get a bowl of soup. Was seduced by the word "pie"! Had an excellent steak pie and chips, followed by a good strong coffee. Good value, friendly service.

Been here many times before but we came today for an organised bbq and it was lovely. Plenty of space outside in the courtyard especially on a sunny day and extra seats were provided. Staff behind the bar seemed pleasant and helpful
