Great selection of English beers and ales, well it's a Youngs pub so you would expect that. Popped in here with some mates for a few beers to remember old times. Great experience and really friendly staff.

Had a great roast beef this afternoon, was absolutely starving and no better way to do it than with a melt in your mouth roast beef .. Cleared the lot

This a very well put together pub. Excellent decor, dog friendly and offers a great menu. It gets busy, attracting locals and students. Prices are on the high side however the staff do make you feel welcome and are efficient.
