Stopped here as was flying out of Gatwick. Lots to do for kids aged 2 to 13 from walking around seeing the animals to the several play area's. This place has lots of open spaces so I don't think it would ever feel to full...More

We booked a Zookeeper for the day experience for our 9 year old son and we LOVED it! The staff throughout were friendly and helpful and were always happy to answer any questions we had. Even though I was not the 'nominated adult' the staff...More

A good day out for children from 3 - 15. I've taken all my grand children here for many years. Plenty of sand activities and climbing frames. Indoors there's a very good jungle gym for when it's raining.

We have a 2 year old and can recommend Hobbledown as an ideal place to take a similarly aged (or older) toddler.

We are sorry you felt there were not many activities for a toddler. For this age our top recommendations are the Crystallite Mine, petting animals and our large indoor play barn. We also have jumping pillows that are very popular, our large sand role play...More

We took our granddaughters here as they had an inset day. So apart from 2 school trips we had the place pretty much to ourselves. The downside of this was that a couple of the outside areas were shut. Not the end of the world...More

Came on a lovely hot day. Not really suitable for 2 yr olds and nothing was in use , no high ropes or the balls you roll around in. Animals were cute although the miniature ponies all stood in a line near the shed was...More

It sounds like you came on an off-peak day. During these times the zorbs and high ropes course are not open, mainly because the bigger children that can use them are at school, but on the plus side admission is cheaper and over three quarters...More
