Been shopping here quite a lot. There is a good choice of shops to choose from and fast food outlets to eat. Also there is an Asda close by too.

Wow- I don’t understand these reviews. I visit every Saturday & have done so for years. Living in Ashby means that going to Derby or Leicester weekly would cost a fortune in petrol & parking. Even Burton which is nearer charges for parking & the...More

Lovely array of shops all around this expanding retail park. It is spoilt though by the dreadful traffic management system. Far too many lights/crossings so the traffic is constant stop-start.As the busy season approaches it will get worse. Couple bright spots though.....fuel very cheap at...More

The design of this shopping centre is so poor that it is ridiculously hard to get in and park up at any time when people actually want to go shopping. The layout means it is a long way to walk between different stores but if...More

What a fabulous retail park. There is everything you need in a close radius. Admittedly you do have to drive between the shops but not really a problem. Would go out of my way to visit

Developers put in the absolute bare minimum road system... and have been trying (failing) to rectify it, often under duress ever since. Utterly confusing with poorly laid out lanes that change direction and priority as you drive round. If you approach from the A5, stay...More

As many others have already said, there are significant issues here with the layout of the site and parking .... with the outlet areas spread over three separate areas ... it is evident that there is a lot of current construction work going on but...More

There are some decent shops here but very badly designed area in terms of road layout, parking, traffic management and delivery routes. If you get here at any time after about 9.30 on any day of the week or weekend it is an absolute nightmare...More

You can check this out from Tamworth borough council. I think you will find it is a spilt percentage between regeneration and urban.
