Excellent canal side pub - stop off for a drink and enjoy the outside tables & snug bar. The food needs improving if the pub is to make a go of dining. Helpful staff though.

This is as first class location situated by the lock and only two minutes from the town centre in Stone. It is good for food an has a good selection of food. It has plenty of outdoor seating accommodation.

New owners since the start of the summer . New menu , their range of specialty burgers are brill and the meat is all from a butcher in the town . Waitress service at the table. Hope they do well
