Me and my reindeer obsessed nearly-3-year-old made our first ever visit to the Reindeer park today. A massive hit! Great cafe, very tasty burgers & lovely homemade cake. Very authentically decorated. We can't wait to visit in December when Santa's there! Tip: Wrap up warm!

We have recently discovered this wonderful place. All of the play facilities are excellent for little ones. We particularly found it great that it is designed for younger children. Our 2 year old loves the fact he can access all the play independently and enjoys...More

This is our second visit to the reindeer lodge and although the place is wonderful for children, we were yet again embarrassed by the owner shouting and swearing at staff which is inappropriate when you have a three year old with you. We also don’t...More

Visited on a very sunny day, consequently only stayed an hour because it was simply too hot in the barns. There is a small soft play area that includes a climbing area, 2 slides down to a ball pit, some ride on toys, a trampoline,...More

Absolutely loved it...kids will love it...and the Reindeer man, who runs the place, is the star of the show...really friendly, and knowledgeable...and even treated everyone to a bottle of Reindeer Piddle ale during the England game...this was our 2nd visit, after doing Christmas 18 months...More

Very warm welcome on arrival. Knowledge of staff excellent, animals all appeared very well cared for. Lovely to be so near the reindeer. A different and interesting “day” out. Price very reasonable.

We've been the last couple of years in the lead up to Christmas with our little ones. They love feeding the reeindeer and meeting Santa. It's a nice experience and worth doing if you have the time/money.

We paid almost £100 for three adults and two young children to visit for Christmas in December 2017. We actually booked it in May because we’d heard amazing things about it and missed out the previous year. Although we had a nice time, I really...More

Came here for a bit of lunch with family. The staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. I ordered a unicorn shake which both tasted and looked amazing. We will definitely be coming again. Thank you!

You did need to book but it's great because they do limit numbers meaning it's not stupidly busy.

3 hours would be more than enough. Depends on how many children as well. Could do in 2 hours but would be a little rushed for the children so 3 hours sounds about right.
