A very welcoming pub full of interesting friendly locals. Great cider, great ambiance and a great place to be on a hot summer's day sipping cider in the beer garden.

A pub from the olde days. Feels like someone’s living room rather than a pub. Quaint counter, yokel locals, impossible accents. Brilliant. The zider be very good.....hic !?

Enjoy a true English pub, unchanged character. A proper friendly local where you can go for a chat or enjoy a picnic in the garden - take your own! And people talk to you here too!!

It is very difficult to write a review about this pub, it is simply unique in this day and age. It harks back to the heydays social drinking, simply a real pub with all the atmosphere and decor of a past era. It is fabulous.

Traditional pub thats hardly changed since it was built! Over the years toilets have been built though! Its authentic and much loved. People come from miles to sample and soak up the charm. Dont expect gimics or modern technology but enjoy the rustic charm .

Friendly welcome from both the staff and the locals. A "real" old fashioned feel, but not in a bad way. Great prices and great cider.
