Good footpath that is always fairly dry under foot. Fantastic views from the top. It needs a clear day to get the full benefit. On a clear day you can see Wales.

Whilst staying at Woodlands Country House we decided to walk up Brent Knoll. It's a long uphill walk but lots of places to stop and definitely worth the effort. The views at the top were great- you can see for miles!

Unfortunately the weather scuppered our plans for a picnic, but the walk to the top was great. Easy to follow path - steep in places but worth it for the views from the top, superb even on a cloudy day.

If you travel along the main road through Brent Knoll, between the pub and the the church is a road then a lane and then it turns into a path that goes up to the hill... its easy to find and the walk is about an hour......
