Nothing out of the ordinary, just a nice run of the mill village. It has a few shops, couple of pubs, and is all reasonably clean.

Stopped here on trip to Sherwood Forest holiday park.A great little village with a few quaint local shops for gifts, a lovely cake shop and a convenience store to stock up before you get to the camp.Yes I forgot bread duh.Good cafe and pub.

Edwinstowe is a short walk from sherwood visitor centre and a small drive from sherwood pines where we stayed. It has the basic shopping requirement for anyone who forgot to pack some things as there is a small coop. There are some pretty impressive pubs...More

Styled as Robin Hoods Village, It has statues of Robin and Marion, a few Pubs, Restaurants, Takeaways and shops. Many of the businesses dont open on Sunday though. Plenty of free parking, and has a small supermarket so its convenient for those camping or glamping...More
