Helen has been teaching my daughter for about 9 months and preparing her for a riding holiday in the African bush. I couldn't believe the progress my daughter made in just weeks and the holiday we had was so much fun with her being able to ride so confidently. Helen has a fantastic balance of ensuring the foundations are there whilst making riding lessons fabulous fun! A gem, so glad I found this place!

My daughter and I have enjoyed several activities at Redesdale Equestrian including lessons on our own ponies, pony camp, birthday parties and holiday fun mornings. We always come away having learnt something and having enjoyed ourselves. The facilities are excellent, Helen is a wealth of knowledge and the school ponies are little superstars. I would happily recommend Redesdale Equestrian to anyone looking for somewhere to ride.

Lovely natured horses and ponies to allow you to completely appreciate the amazing trekking direct from Redesdale Equestrian, coupled with good company. Would be difficult to appreciate this marvellous countryside by walking, cycling or driving so a horseback adventure is highly recommended. The staff made me feel at ease and helped me gain in confidence during the ride as it had been some time since I had last ridden. I can highly recommend a trek with Redesdale Equestrian!

I am knocking on a bit at 72 but quite fit. I feel sorry for any horse who gets lumbered with me as I am 16 stone. Do you have any mild mannered horse who could cope. The last time I was on a horse was when I was 15. It took control, ran away with me. I walked back to the stable after being rudely unseated. It was still a great day.
