We picked a lovey day to visit this fantastic castle. Disabled visitors can park next to the castle or get a buggy lift from the main car park. No disabled access to first floor. Good picnic area and very nice gardens. Absolutely full of treasures....More

If you get a chance do visit. It’s a lovely place, more reminiscent of a stately home than a castle inside. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The gardens were lovely too, helped by the amazing weather.
